GDPR: processing data of EU residents
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how we process the personal data of propeller.ua visitors who fall within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who this page applies to
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies to the processing of personal data of individuals located in the European Union, regardless of where the processing company is registered. Propeller LLC (EDRPOU 36380107) is registered in Ukraine, but if you contact us from the EU, these additional safeguards apply to the processing of your data alongside our general Privacy Policy.
2. Data controller
The data controller is PROPELLER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, address: 08135, Kyiv region, Buchansky district, Chayky village, Aviakonstruktora Antonova St, 2, Ukraine. For data protection queries, contact info@propeller.ua. The Company is not required to appoint a dedicated Data Protection Officer under the criteria of Article 37 GDPR, so the email address above serves as the contact point for data protection matters.
3. Legal bases for processing (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you voluntarily fill in a contact form or accept cookies via the banner;
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — handling inquiries, communicating a commercial offer, maintaining Site security;
- Performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — where your inquiry develops into negotiations for the supply of equipment or services.
4. Data subject rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation of whether your data is processed and receive a copy of it (right of access);
- request correction of inaccurate data (right to rectification);
- request erasure of your data where there is no ground for further retention (right to be forgotten);
- request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the Regulation;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (right to data portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, including for marketing purposes;
- withdraw previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your EU country.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@propeller.ua. We will respond within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.
5. International data transfers
As the Company is registered in Ukraine, processing of your data (including database storage and communication with a manager) may take place outside the European Economic Area. We process only the data necessary to respond to your inquiry and do not pass it on to third parties for their own use. Analytics services (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) are activated only after your consent and transfer data under Google's own data-transfer mechanisms, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
6. Retention period
Data is retained no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing — typically up to 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to protect the Company's legitimate interests.
7. Automated decision-making
The Company does not use automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Relationship to our general Privacy Policy
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for EU visitors. In the event of any inconsistency regarding the processing of EU residents' data, this page prevails.
