Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data Propeller LLC collects on propeller.ua, why we process it, who it may be shared with, and how you can exercise your rights regarding that data.

Last updated: July 12, 2026.

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how personal data of visitors and clients of propeller.ua (the "Site") is collected, used, stored and protected. The data controller is PROPELLER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (EDRPOU 36380107, the "Company", "we"), registered at: 08135, Kyiv region, Buchansky district, Chayky village, Aviakonstruktora Antonova St, 2, Ukraine.

By using the Site and submitting your data via our contact forms, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the forms or share personal data with us.

2. What data we collect

We process two categories of data:

  • Data you provide directly — your name, phone number and message text when you fill in the "Request a callback" form or the contact form on the Site.
  • Technical data — the page URL from which the request was sent, the language version of the Site, and aggregated, non-identifying visit statistics (device type, approximate location, referral source) collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not collect payment details, passport data or other special categories of personal data through the Site.

3. Purpose of processing

  • Handling requests for consultation, equipment selection, or a callback;
  • Contacting you to clarify request details and provide a commercial offer;
  • Keeping internal records of client inquiries;
  • Analysing and improving the Site, measuring content and advertising effectiveness;
  • Complying with applicable legal requirements, where necessary.

4. Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed based on your consent, given by voluntarily filling in and submitting a form on the Site, and on the Company's legitimate interest in conducting its business and handling client inquiries. Data collected through analytics and advertising cookies is processed only where you have given consent via the cookie banner.

5. Who we share data with

Request data is sent to the Company's internal systems: it is stored in a database and forwarded to a Company manager by email and, where applicable, to an internal Telegram channel for prompt handling. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.

For Site analytics, we use Google services (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), to which the browser transmits aggregated, non-identifying technical visit data — but only after you have given cookie consent. These services operate under Google's own privacy policies.

6. Cookies

The Site uses cookies to ensure correct operation, remember your language preference, and — subject to your consent — for analytics and advertising performance measurement. On your first visit you will see a banner where you can accept the use of cookies. Analytics cookies are not activated before consent is given. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some Site functionality.

7. Data retention

Personal data submitted through contact forms is retained for as long as needed to process the request and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to protect the Company's legitimate interests. Aggregated analytics statistics are retained according to the settings of the relevant analytics service.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under Ukrainian data protection law and, for EU residents, the GDPR — see our GDPR page), you have the right to:

  • obtain information about the data we process about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
  • withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data;
  • object to processing of your data for marketing purposes;
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@propeller.ua — we will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days.

9. Data protection

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures (access restrictions, secure HTTPS connection) to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Only Company staff who need it to perform their duties have access to request data.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, including due to changes in legislation or Site functionality. The current version is always available on this page, together with the last-updated date.
