1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of propeller.ua (the "Site"), owned by PROPELLER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (EDRPOU 36380107, the "Company", "we"). By continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Personal data processing is governed separately by our Privacy Policy.

2. Informational nature of the Site

The Site is informational and presentational in nature: it describes the services, equipment and brands the Company works with. Information about equipment, services, pricing and supply terms published on the Site is provided for reference only and does not constitute a binding public offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific page. Exact terms of cooperation, pricing and timelines are agreed individually when communicating with a Company manager.

3. Rules of use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

take any action that could disrupt the operation of the Site (hacking attempts, excessive load, distribution of malicious code);
use automated tools to mass-collect Site content without our prior written consent;
submit knowingly false data, or the data of a third party without their consent, through the Site's forms;
use Site content in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text content, images, the Propeller logo and other elements of the Site are intellectual property of the Company or are used by it on a lawful basis. Copying, reproducing or otherwise using Site materials without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited, except where permitted by law (e.g. quotation with attribution). The names and logos of partner brands mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

5. Links to third-party resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, equipment manufacturers' pages). The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party resources, nor for their privacy practices. Following such links is done at the user's own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is entirely free of errors or inaccuracies. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, except as expressly required by applicable law.

7. Changes to the Site and these Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify Site content, temporarily suspend or restrict access to it, and update these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page together with the last-updated date.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes related to the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation, and if agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
